Our official wedding weekend room block is open at the Kimpton Cardinal in downtown Winston-Salem. We encourage guests staying overnight to book through the block before making other hotel arrangements so everyone can stay together downtown.
Our official wedding weekend room block includes preferred rates starting at $209/night for King rooms and $229/night for Queen rooms. These preferred rates may be lower than the hotel’s standard public rates.
Guests can book through the link below or call 1-855-KIMPTON and ask for the Stahl - Radcliff Wedding Room Block. Reservations must be made by 11:59 PM on August 11, 2026. The standard cancellation policy allows cancellations until 3:00 PM, 48 hours before check-in.
A credit card is required to hold your reservation, but room charges are paid by each guest at check-out. Reservations may be cancelled until 3:00 PM, 48 hours prior to check-in.
The booking link opens with the wedding weekend dates selected: Friday, September 11 through Sunday, September 13. Guests may adjust dates at the top of the booking page if needed.
Please use the room block link when booking so your reservation is associated with the wedding weekend. If adjusting dates through the booking link, please select dates within the contracted room block window. Dates outside the block may revert to the hotel’s best available rate rather than the wedding rate. If the room block becomes full, additional hotel recommendations will be added here.
