The ceremony will be held outdoors behind the Atlantis Room at The Graylyn Estate. Staff will be on hand to guide guests upon arrival. In the event of rain, the ceremony will move indoors.

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early so you can be seated comfortably beforehand.

Black tie optional. Tuxedos and formal dresses are warmly welcomed, and a suit and tie or cocktail attire is equally appropriate.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests named on your invitation when you RSVP.

Yes. Complimentary self-parking is available at The Graylyn Estate, and staff will be on hand to assist if needed.

We are not planning to provide guest transportation. Please plan to arrange your own transportation to and from the airport, hotels, and the venue.

Our official wedding weekend hotel is the Kimpton Cardinal in downtown Winston-Salem. Guests staying overnight are encouraged to book through the Kimpton room block so reservations are associated with the wedding weekend. On-site rooms at The Graylyn may also be available.

Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) is closest, about 30 minutes away. Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is another option, about an hour and fifteen minutes away, with more flight availability.

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, followed by cocktail hour at 5:00 PM and the reception at 6:00 PM — all at The Graylyn Estate.

Yes. Food and drinks will be provided throughout the evening.

RSVP is now open. Please respond on the RSVP page of this website as soon as your plans allow, so we can share a final headcount with the venue. We kindly ask for your reply by July 1, 2026.
